Property Management Pre-Licensing is a 4-day course providing 30 hours of instruction required by the state for the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this course will make it easy!
To fully prepare you for your exam, the following items are included with your registration:

Our Pre-Licensing courses will be presented via Zoom.
Course Details:
- Date: March 10th – 13th, 2026
- Tuesday – Friday
- Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Attendance: You must attend 100% of all sessions to obtain credit for this course.
- Technical Requirements: A working camera and reliable internet connection are necessary. Your camera must be on at all times for attendance verification.
- Session Registration: Register on Zoom after confirmation of payment email is sent.
Registration Information:
- Registration for Others: If registering on behalf of someone else, provide their name and contact information.
- Address: Ensure accuracy of email and physical addresses for workbook and certificate delivery.
- Name: Legal spelling must match the name on your Property Management License.
- Course Materials: Printed student manual provided on the first day. Digital class materials available upon registration.
Registration Transfer Notice:
Transfers must be requested before 2 weeks prior to class and are subject to approval. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
