Take our 32 Hours Property Management Pre-License Course
Step 2
Complete our Course and receive a Certificate of Completion.
Step 3
Take and pass the computer-based State Property Management Exam.
We will provide test prep!
Step 4
Once you complete our Course and pass the Exam, you then apply with State of Montana to become a Licensed Property Manager.
