CONTINUING EDUCATION – 12 HOURS
Principles of Property Management is a two day CE course that provides licensed property managers with their required 12 hours of continuing education credits. A review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord Tenant Act, Trust Accounting, and much more.
CONTINUING EDUCATION – Day 1 Only – 6 HOURS CE
Principles of Property Management - Day One is the first single day option of our two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required 12 hours of continuing education credits. This option provides licensed property managers with 6 hours of continuing education credits. NO trust accounting CE hours are included in the Day One only option of our Principles of Property Management CE course. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord Tenant Act, and much more.
CONTINUING EDUCATION – Day 2 Only – 6 HOURS CE
Principles of Property Management - Day Two is the second the single day option of our two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required 12 hours of continuing education credits. This option provides licensed property managers with 6 hours of continuing education credits and includes 4 hours of Trust Accounting. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord Tenant Act, and much more.
