Testimonials

"In the fall of 2010 I took a Property Management Pre-licensing course, given by another course provider. I first chose to take the competitor's course, as his was less expensive. However, I did not feel prepared enough to take the exam. For this reason, I signed up for Bruno's class. I can honestly say Mr. Friia's experience, expertise, and teaching ability gave me the confidence and knowledge to take my exam. I passed the first time! I felt the competition did not engage with the classroom or exert the same level of expertise that I witnessed taking Mr. Friia's course. I feel it was well worth the extra cost to learn from Mr. Friia, a professional, and would certainly recommend him to anyone."
